| CDRG is a multidisciplinary, clinician-guided health services research group. We evaluate healthcare and healthcare systems. Our work has implications for health policy, patient care, and health plans. We have the resources, the capability, the staff, and the expertise to perform a broad range of biomedical research, including data and systems management, biostatistical and epidemiological analyses, and clinical trial support. Current projects focus on specific diseases and quality of care for them.
Supported by advanced
computer systems, members of our Information
Services team process, clean, integrate, merge,
and assure the quality of information, and custom-build
flexible databases using large federal and private
raw data sources that include the full spectrum
of the population and represent between five-
and six million lives each year.
Our biostatisticians
and epidemiologists are experts in study design
and interpretation and data analysis, with the
experience and versatility to provide dataset
quality control, conduct long-term cohort studies,
advise on enrollment criteria, perform power studies
to determine required sample size, calculate event
rates, identify potential historical controls,
run study simulations, assist in interpreting
data drawn from large and merged datasets, and
advise on the preparation of data files for researcher
use.
We regularly publish
and present our results, and we produce project-specific
data reports
to interpret and summarize our findings for our
clients and sponsors.
We welcome inquiries
from researchers and sponsors interested in working
with us. |
