Our Mission

The Chronic Disease Research Group (CDRG), a division of the Minneapolis Medical Research Foundation (MMRF) is an interdisciplinary research group whose work focuses on answering questions on patient experiences with chronic diseases.  In collaboration with our sponsors, we work toward a better tomorrow for chronic disease patients by bringing awareness to issues and treatment concerns that affect decisions about patient care, and improve clinical outcomes.  As a nonprofit organization, our strength rests on the integrity of our research practices and our commitment to patient health and well-being.

Our Values

We are a team that values accurate deliverables that are free from errors and minimize bias through advanced statistical and epidemiologic designs and methodologies.

We are a team that values innovative thinking, seeking new problems to solve, new ways to solve them, and new ways to communicate actionable results.

We are a team that values the ability to communicate complex statistical ideas to our community and our clients in a way that is engaging and readily understood.

We are a team that values partnership with our community and our clients. We exist to walk beside our partners, striving to solve critical issues together.

We are a team that continuously strives to conduct our analyses and interactions with the broader community in a manner that upholds the values of honesty, transparency, and responsibility.
